Winter Points race number 7 this Saturday January 20.

First of all I want to thank everyone who joined us for our 2018 kickoff race. A lot of planning went into it and I appreciate everyone support. Thanks Chris Merck and Stacey Jody Palmer for all your hard work and promoting of that race. The crowd really responded and the racing was some of the best we’ve seen in a while. So thank you guys a lot. I also want to thank Ultramax Racing Chassis and Chuck Dill for their support of Foothills Speedway. Also, I could not go without the support of Maxxis Tires and GoldSpeed USA also. I appreciate what you guys do for the sport of kart racing.

This Saturday January 20 we will continue our Winter Points Series. We will pay $200 to win Junior 1, Clone Medium, and Flathead. $25 entry fee, guaranteed. If any driver can win both Junior 1 and Junior 2, that driver will receive a $50 bonus(5 kart minimum in both classes). If a clone driver can win two or more classes, that driver will also receive a $50 bonus(5 kart minimum in both classes). Gates open at 9 a.m., practice at 11 a.m. sharp. This Saturday December 16 will be our final race of the 2017 calendar year. We will pay $200 to win flathead 350 and clone 350 guaranteed. We will also pay $200 to win any other adult or junior clone class that reaches an 8 kart minimum. We will also have all the prize give aways for our Summer 2017 Points series, as well as the Winter 2016-17. Please make plans to attend. We will give away all the merchandise we have. I will hold the champions jackets and trophies only. I would like to extend a huge thank you to Ultramax Racing Chassis, TMC Race Wear, GoldSpeed USA, Maxxis Tires, and Graphix Inc. for their contribution to Foothills Speedway. Winter points racing returns December 2. Please make plane to join us. Foothills will pay $500 to win clone 375($45 entry fee 10 kart minimum). We will pay $200 to win clone 350 guaranteed($25 entry fee). We will also pay $200 to win any adult clone or flathead class that reaches an 8 kart minimum. Also any junior clone class that reaches an 8 kart minimum will also pay $200 to win. Any adult predator driver who can win the heat and feature in the same class will receive a $20 bonus. Foothills Raceway / Saturday November 11, Special SPG incentive,$200 to win

This Saturday November 11 Foothills will host race number 3 of our Winter Points Series. As a special incentive for our predator drivers, Foothills will add $10 for every entry in every predator class. So basically you will be racing for double the money at the same entry fee. If a 10 kart minimum is met in any predator class, we will also have a drawing for 2 Maxxis EL tires. The winner of the race will pull a chip (1 through 5). The winner of the tires will be who's ever number gets pulled. So the top five will have a chance at the tires. We will also pay $200 to win any adult or junior class clone or flathead, that reaches an 8 kart minimum. Gates open at 9, practice at 11 am. Thanks for your support. Please Share.

This Saturday November 4 Foothills will continue our Winter Points series. We will pay $500 to win clone 375($45 entry 10 kart min.) We will also pay $200 to win clone 350 guaranteed. We will also pay $200 to win green plate guaranteed. Purple plate will pay $200 to win( 8 kart min). Clone 425 will pay $200 to win(4 kart min). Any other clone class that reaches an 8 kart minimum will also pay $200 to win. Every Adult Predator heat race winner will have their entry fee paid at the next race. NEW START TIME: The weekend we will move our starting time to 9:00 a.m., with practice starting at 11:00 a.m. With temperatures forecast to reach the mid 40's at night, now is a good time to make the switch. This Saturday October 28 we will pay $200 to win clone 350 guaranteed. We will also pay $200 to win any class that reaches an 8 kart min(pays top 3). We will also pay a $50 bonus to any double winners(5 kart min. in each class).

WINTER POINTS INFO: First off I would like to thank everyone who came out and raced with us this past Saturday. We had 90 entries, started practice at 7, and dropped the checkered on the last main event at 11:45. The track was faster than normal(11.30's), and everyone did a great job with some close clean racing. Our next WPR is this Saturday October 28. Look for details shorty........
If you missed the announcement, our Winter Points Season will be 12 races long. We will award championship jackets in every class that has a champion who competed in at least 10 of the races. We will award trophies as well for all classes that are contested at least 8 of the 12 races. Local kart shops and businesses also chip in with karting merchandise to help with our prizes as well. I hope this helps shed some light on what's going on for those of you who didn't already know. Thanks for the support!

Winter points race number one this Saturday October 21. Make plans to be there. Gates open at 5 practice at 7 pm sharp. We will pay $200 to win clone 325 guaranteed. We will also pay $300 to win clone 450, plus the purse. Any other adult clone class that reaches an 8 kart minimum will also pay $200 to win. Any junior class that reaches a 6 kart minimum will pay $150 to win. Any predator driver who can win two or more mains will receive a $50 bonus(5 kart minimum). Thanks for your support. We will also raffle a complete racing kart setup Saturday. It's $5 a ticket and the winner will be drawn this Saturday.

Make plans to join us this Saturday September 30 for our Winter Points warm up race. We will pay $200 to win clone 325 and 350 guaranteed. We will also pay $200 to win any other class that reaches an 8 kart minimum. The winner of clone 375 will also win (2) 9.0 HT3 in addition to the purse. Any driver who can win 2 predator classes will receive (2) 8.0 EL. If a driver can win 3 predator classes, they will receive a full set of Maxxis EL's. Any junior driver who can win two or more classes will receive a $50 bonus and two inside HT3's. Gates will open at 5 pm, practice will start at 7 pm sharp. Foothills Speedway will be back in action this Friday Night September 22. We will pay $200 to win the largest clone class guaranteed. Foothills will be racing this Friday Night September 15. We will pay $200 to win any clone class that reaches an 8 kart minimum. All predator classes will run double main events. The heat race will be a 12 lap main as well as the feature. The first race will pay to win, 50% of what the feature pays. Classes include predator 325,350,375,425, and Charger. Gates open at 6 p.m., practice at 7:30.

Foothills Speedway will be racing this Friday Night September 8. We will pay $200 to win clone 350 guaranteed. We will also pay $200 to win any clone class that reaches an 8 kart minimum. Clone 350 will be twin 25's. The format will be two 25 lap segments with a caution at lap 25. The leader at that point will be paid $50 to pull a number to invert. We will restart the race and run the second 25 lap segment. Predator 375 will run one 25 lap main that pays 150%. We will pay a $50 bonus to any junior driver who can win two of the three junior classes(green,purple or blue). Gates open at 6, practice at 7:30 sharp. Please Share. Thank you!
