Woodleaf Speedway - 10/15/16 Tommy Boger Memorial Race **Money Race**
We will be gathering to honor and remember Tommy Boger on October 15th, 2016. If you were fortunate enough to have known Tommy,
you were blessed. For those of you who didn't...he was a super guy with a smile on his face always. He was a competitive racer for many
of his 35 years.
We have lots of folks to thank who help make this a special day at the track, all while we race for Tommy! Lets begin with those folks:

Details for our racing:
Gate Fee is $15 per person and $10 for kids ****the extra $5 per person goes to the Dustin Boger Trust Fund**** Tommy's son.
Gates open at 8, practice will begin 12ish, with Qualifying to follow
All of these classes will be structured as follows: $55 entry fee, 14km - payout $500, $200, $100, $55 ***1st place in all of these classes has the
choice of the payout or LEATHER RACING JACKET BY V KARTING***
Clone Lite, Clone Medium, Clone Heavy, Clone Super Heavy, Clone 425, Senior Champ 410, Senior Champ 425, Predator
365, Predator 400, Limited (360lbs Flathead, 400lbs Animals & Clones)
Pee Wee is $20 entry fee with big trophy payback
Advanced Pee Wee: $25 entry fee with trophy payback & purse money
Jr Champ/Teen Champ $25 entry fee with bonus money
Jr A Classes: $40 entry fee, 10km - payout $300, $150, $100 ***1st place in all of these classes has the choice of the payout or LEATHER RACING
JACKET BY V KARTING***
Jr B Classes $25 entry fee, pole winners will receive a pair of racing gloves by V Karting
Sportsman Predator EL CLASS with these weights 350, 375, 425(driver must be 200 pounds) $35 entry fee with bonus money (this is predator class which ran at Piedmont, they have different motor rules from our predator class)
Minigrands entry fee is $35 - entry fee with bonus money
Pro Tommy - $65 entry fee, 16km $1000, $250, $150, $100 (driver must run another adult class to be eligible to run this race)
***1st place has the option of the purse or LEATHER RACING JACKET BY V KARTING & $500*** 50 lap event: pit stop at lap
25, can change right side tires, add fuel, reset air pressure on the left side...kart buggy with necessary equipment will be located in the infield
for the pit stop...driver and 2 pit crew members only. Race leader at lap 25 will receive $200!
We also will have some of the adult classes receiving a pair of racing gloves for the pole winners, being sponsored by V Karting.
Hoosier tire is also wanting to be a part of the racing events this day: Offering $3000 bonus(in addition to purse) to Pro Tommy if you win on a set of Hoosier Tires, also $2,000 bonus to Senior Champ 425 if you win that class on a set of Hoosier tires. If there is not a winner on Hoosiers in these two classes, the highest finisher will receive $500 for each class.
We will be starting our raffle ticket sales for items that will be drawn for and given away the day of the race, you do not have to be present
to win, just get your tickets back to me with your name and phone number on the back & we will check for you: Prizes at this point include 2 full sets of Maxxis tires
sponsored by Goldspeed and $100 cash, there will be additional items added to this list, every year sponsors step up and we have lots of items to give away...
usually have some prep and various items.
***HOWEVER: we will be drawing 2 winners on October 7th, in which they
will both win 2 right side Maxxis tires (900's)
ALL PARKING HAS TO GO THRU ANITA: if you purchased yearly parking, I need to know if YOU are using it...if you aren't, I will be ...you can't let someone use your
pit spot...if you need to secure parking please contact me with name and trailer size as we will be parking you for this race day. You must be in your pit spot by 11:30 or its going to become available parking. Parking is $20 for the day.
No single vehicles will be allowed in the pit area until we have all trailers parked. You will be parking outside of the track so please send any items you need in with
your trailer.
V Karting will have a tent location at the track for you to see the jackets as well as the other racing items (clothing) that he has for sale. All winners who choose a jacket for their win, will need to visit the V Karting tent to get your jacket ordered...
Any classes not meeting kart minimum will receive 100% payback less emt/insurance/transponder fee.
