All parts must be Predator factory production parts unless otherwise specified. No machining or alteration of parts is allowed unless specifically noted. All parts will be subject to a comparison to a known Predator OEM part.

ENTRY FEE: Entry fees have never exceed $10 per class excluding fees for insurance and transponders on regular race nights. Some  money races will pay bonus money, or contingencies and will be ran a few times during the year, but we will strive to keep this class a low entry of around $15 with a 100% payback of all entry fees collected, payback will be based on number of entries.

ENGINE TECH:  All engines are subject to tech at any time regardless of finishing position. All engines are subject to impound at any time. All engines will be teched as raced, based on the engines presented at scales for post-race weight check.

WE DO NOT CLAIM ENGINES:    because of the arguing and bad feelings among competitors.

We will do a simple protest Fee of $ 50......$ 25 to accept which will Cover The Horsepower Items of The Engine:

All Protest Rules Apply as Described Below:

A - Protest consist of  complete Carb tear down and inspection .

B -  Spring check

C -  Camshaft lift and roll out check.

Everyone should be able to afford this protest fee and Everyone goes home with their motors and legality will be proven with a quick check from Tech officials. If this is not acceptable a complete protest is available as described below.

COMPLETE PROTEST:  $150---$50 to accept. This is for a complete tear down. And will happen as Described..... All protest must be made before the last kart crosses the scales.  You must be in the money or capable of moving into the money to protest. No protesting backwards (this is a grudge pull)   We don’t do that here!!!    Once a protest has been made and money accepted, Protest cannot be withdrawn without consent of party being Protested. You may Protest after heat race and before main but must be done at completion of heat race.

A- a protest does not give you the right to see the other persons engine. It only allows the tear down process to begin and determines the legality of the engine to be determined by the tech man.   NOTE:  If you don't trust the tech man then don't protest !

B- Any disruption of the tech and tear down process may result in the tear down being stopped and the racer or crew causing the disturbance disqualified and judgement passed against them.  If this should happen protest money will be distributed by track officials and it will not be refunded.

PARTIAL PROTEST :  Restrictor plate check :   $20 to protest ....$10 to accept

Carburetor check :           $40 to protest ...$20 to accept

Fuel or Gasoline check :   $10 to protest

Fuel- 87-93 octane pump gas only

Any participant may protest the engine of the kart(s) finishing in front of them, but no "jumping" of positions allowed. Protest must be filed by the driver of the kart before last kart leaves the scale. You will be given a small amount of time to get the money to the tech man or official. Once a protest has been filed and the fees accepted, the protest cannot be withdrawn without forfeiture of fees... * Protested engines that are protested after a heat race may be marked or sealed and competitor allowed to return to his pits to run other classes.....  or impounded, at the tracks discretion, until the completion of the event.
